APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident for the stallholder and the stall assistant(s).

  • Able to provide food that meets the health/ nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (see link (opens in new tab));

  • Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices (to be determined in consultation with the school);

  • Must be in personal attendance at the stall during operating hours;

  • Healthy and fit to operate the stall.

How to apply?

Interested applicant is required to submit the completed application form (opens in new tab) and the following documents by closing date to email: greenwood_ps@moe.edu.sg OR to the school’s General Office.

  • One recent passport-sized photograph

  • One photocopy of the applicant’s NRIC (front & back)

  • Proposed menu list and prices

  • Photocopies of relevant certificates, such as Food Safety Course Level 1, WSQ Basic Food Hygiene, etc.

Submit the completed Application Form and documents via email OR to the School’s General Office by the closing date.

Note to successful applicants:

  • Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) operating the stall must attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore approved training providers or hold a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

  • Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to operate the stall.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.
