A Warm Welcome from Day One

We start building connections before the school year even begins. In November, incoming P1 students join us for orientation to explore the school and meet their teachers. In December, every child receives a personal welcome letter from their form teacher. On the first day of school in January, the whole school comes together to welcome your child. Staff, student leaders and P4 Buddies guide our youngest learners through their new environment.

The first week is spent teaching routines together, because we never assume children know how things work — we teach, model and practise every step of the way.

At the end of Term 1, we celebrate every child's growth through Celebrating My Milestones — because we believe in recognising effort, resilience and progress, not just grades.
